At IzzyAssorted.com, every product we prepare and ship carries more than just food — it carries home, care, and trust. Because freshness is at the heart of what we do, we handle returns with both responsibility and fairness.
Fresh & Perishable Items
Most of our products are fresh, frozen, or perishable groceries. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once these items have been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate immediately and either:
- Replace the item with a fresh one at no extra cost, or
- Issue a store credit/refund for the affected product.
Non-Perishable Items
For packaged goods (such as flours, grains, or pantry staples), you may request a return if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was on our part.
Order Issues
If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or delayed, we'll make it right. Simply send us:
- Your order number
- A clear description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue

Refund Processing
Refunds, once approved, are issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
