3. Orders & Payment
- All orders placed through IzzyAssorted.com are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept payments through secure payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship nationwide across Canada using trusted carriers.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Izzy Assorted is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Special care is taken to package perishable items; however, customers are encouraged to refrigerate or freeze items immediately upon delivery.
5. Product Quality & Freshness
- We guarantee that all products are handled with hygiene and delivered fresh.
- Due to the perishable nature of many products, variations in size, shape, and packaging may occur.
- While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, product images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases. In summary:
- Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered, except if damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
- Non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 7 days, if unopened and in original packaging.
- Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
